These laminates are Technically manufactured with special resin systems and moulding process as a Machining Aid for Fabrications of printed Copper Clad circuit boards using glass epoxy or Paper Phenolic Laminates. Use of such type of specially designed laminates improves the quality of drilled holes. Drill wander is reduced and burrs in the holes are minimized. This also helps to avoid resin smear in drilled holes.

"LAMTUF" Paper Based  Phenolic  Entry Laminate and back- up Laminate Grade LPF - P11.

There is no specific standard specifications for such type of laminates, but these laminates are flat and thickness tolerances are carefully controlled.

Can be cut on circulars saw, or can be sheared on conventional shearing machines suitable for Paper based laminates.

In natural Brown colour standard thickness for Drill entry is 0.75mm /0.8 mm and for Back-up 1.5mm/1.6mm.in size 2440 x 1220mm or 1220 x 1220mm or 1220 x 610mm or 610 x 610mm

In case of both side Melamine face White Laminate standard thickness for Drill entry board is 0.45mm/0.5mm and back up board in thickness 2mm.
