Lamtuf Plastics Ltd. was incorporated in 1970, by Mr. S. K. Mehta, a first-generation entrepreneur. At the time of starting, the company was engaged in moulding phenolic paper / fabric based customized components, for some large clients like Simco Meters, Lucas TVS, etc. A few years later, the company added an impregnation facility, which was followed by adding a plant to manufacture the resin in-house, thereby making the company fully backward integrated. Another major expansion was undertaken when the company started manufacturing phenolic laminated sheets. 

Lamtuf Plastics has been growing steadily and continuously ever since it was incorporated. The volume, from 1990 to 2003 has grown by around 250%, an achievement that we are proud of. At present, the company produces 1800 tons of finished goods per annum. To meet increasing demand for its high-quality products, it has undertaken to increase capacity to 2000 tonnes per annum. 

The manufacturing plant of Lamtuf Plastics is located in an industrial area of Hyderabad, India. Lamtuf Plastics has branch offices throughout India, and is soon going to establish an international presence as well
