CONSTRUCTION: TYPE – VI as per IS 3513 (Part-1) – Cross grain
   
DESCRIPTION: This is un-impregnated Densified Wood Laminate consisting of layers of cross laminate 2mm thick natural wood veneer
treated with solvent base Phenol-Formaldehyde resin and thereafter pressed in a high press hydraulic press under specified
temperature & pressure for a fixed time called curing time depending on the thickness & cooled under pressure to relieve
the stresses and to get perfect dimensional stability and flatness to laminate.


Our Densified Laminated Wood is of good quality of beach wood veneer & PF Resin system which makes it for prefect
application up 400 kV transformer. The material is insulated in oil has temperature index of at least 105 0C continuously
   
APPLICATION: Used for Coil support rings, Clamp Rings, Winding support flange, Supporting cleats, terminal boards etc. for Transformer, Generator & Switchgear application
